Understanding the cause before treating anything: ultrasound, hormone testing and semen analysis, followed by a joint consultation to go through every result.
Everything begins with the same work-up. Its results — and nothing else — determine which technique we propose. We never recommend a heavier treatment than the situation requires.
Tests depend on specific points in the cycle, which is why this takes two to six weeks. We then go through every result with you in person, not by phone and not by message.
A file started elsewhere is picked up as it stands: we keep whatever tests are still valid and repeat the ones that age, since a semen analysis or hormone level reflects a moment in time rather than a permanent characteristic.
